In conjunction with current web practices aimed at protecting the privacy of our users, the following statement discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the website: http://www.wazzuplocal.com.

Domain, IP For each visitor to our web pages, our web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name and server IP address. Our server automatically logs domain names and IP addresses, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web page. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.
Email Addresses We file the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail but do not provide this information to any third party without consent of the user. Users may grant permission for us to provide their email address to a specific third party who is producing an event they have bought tickets for, if they wish.
Aggregate Information We aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit with which browsers, operating systems and versions, and other information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
Cookies Our site requires cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. This is standard operation for ecommerce sites. Your use of this site is your consent to this process.
Forms Our site may use forms for visitors to request information or order products and services. In order to provide goods and services to customers, we must collect identifying information on them. We collect visitor's contact information --such as their email address-- and financial information such as account or credit card numbers. Contact information from the order form is used to ship orders to our customers. Financial information that is collected is used to charge the user for products and services and then discarded. Credit card information is not stored on our servers. We do not provide credit card information to anyone other than our payment gateway.
Shared data Customers' names and addresses, and (at customers' discretion) email addresses are made available to the client originally providing the tickets to us for sale processing. This is necessary in case the client needs to communicate quickly with their customer list regarding some circumstances or any other critical information regarding the event. Clients are permitted by their contract to bulk mail to the customer base as much as necessary regarding the current event to which they already hold tickets, and no more than once per month regarding promotions for future events. Clients are strictly forbidden from sharing their customer data provided by us with anyone else. The nature of the service that we provide requires that the clients have this data. Site Registration

Various levels of registration are required in order to access various site features as detailed below. Registration identifies the visitor to the system for the purposes of retrieving specific data associated with that account. Registration Levels:
  1. Season Ticket Holders are identified only by a moniker and password so that they can access the ticket sales panel early, if that is how the producing organization has it set up.
  2. We require detailed contact information for event producers because we need to be able to contact them and send them money. Event producers are typically organizations that do business with the public. The name of the organization, it's postal address, business email address(es) and office telephone need to be available to the public, just as they are on your own website. Contact names, personal emails, and emergency telephone numbers are not published. To protect our producers from spam, we do not publish any email addresses directly, but instead allow users to generate emails via a protected proxy.
  3. We require less detailed contact information from ticket outlets, because we do not deal with them directly. We just need to provide the address of their place of business and business telephone number to ticket buyers.
  4. Every registered event producer and venue manager is automatically subscribed to our emailing list. We occasionally send email to this list regarding site status, updates, changes, maintenence and so on. We do not send commercial emails and we absolutely do not share this data.

Cancellation

A registrant may cancel his or her registration by requesting a cancellation via email. We will delete the account providing that all business dealings with that individual or organization are closed. Season ticket accounts are automatically cancelled at the end of the season.

Security

This site (http://www.wazzuplocal.com) has security measures in place to minimize the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Notwithstanding these security precautions, each user expressly agrees that use of the above-described site is at user's own risk. User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of user's password(s), if any, neither the entities providing these sites, not their affiliates, nor any of their respective employees, shareholders, agents third party content providers or licensors, warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of these sites, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through these sites or against theft or unauthorized use of data obtained from use of these sites.
