Before contacting Tix•R•Us/Wazzup Local please read the Frequently Asked Questions. Your answer is probably already there. You will get your answer a lot faster if you find it yourself in the FAQ. (Triage gives low priority to questions that are answered by the FAQ and you will just be directed to the FAQ anyway if the answer is there.) Help keep costs down and reserve human support for the questions that are not addressed by the FAQ.

Submitting an error report? error report help You don't call the doctor and say "Doctor I'm sick. Please fix me." In the same way, we need specific symptoms or we can't help you. If you don't receive a response, try resubmitting your question and being more specific. Follow the tips in the popup to best help us help you.
